Hey! It's been a while. I've some issues that I'm facing currently. A lot. The country that I'm in now is not exactly politically stable, the COVID-19 pandemic still ongoing, my job, the series of lockdowns, etc. I hope and pray that things will at least be better at the end of the year. Anyway, Imma talk about another anime after Yuru Camp and Strike Witches season 3. This anime is gonna start snowflakes storm throughout the internet. Wait, it's already happened since there are quite a few snowflakes in the world is raging on the internet about this anime. Anyway, this anime is the Redo of Healer!!! Let us start the flames and storm!!! Muahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Redo of Healer...oh, Redo of Healer (aka Kaifuku Jutsushi no Yarinaoshi). You started out as a web novel written by Tsukiyo Rui and published on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō in December 2016. Your name in Japanese is 回復術士のやり直し 〜即死魔法とスキルコピーの超越ヒール〜. Wow, so long. It literally translates as The Healer's Do-Over: Transcendent Healing Through Insta-Kill Magic and Skill Copying. Yep, very long name.

As your popularity rise (I assume), you got yourself a light novel serialization and illustration from Shiokonbu in July 2017. In October 2017, you got yourself a manga serialization, which is illustrated by Haga Sōken. And then, the fated anime adaptation by TNK, which was aired from January to March 2021.

Oh, how I remember when it was animated. There are the uncensored version, censored TV version, and even there is a HIDIVE version of censorship. Wow...how you have crossed the lines of hentai and anime. It's not like a certain anime has crossed the line a long time ago before this anime is even out. Oh, yeah, I think it's Masou Gakuen HxH. If you have watched it before, you should know what I mean.

The story starts with a young man named Keyaru who constantly dreams of the battle of the Demon Lord. He also constantly has a voice that tells him to become stronger after waking from that dream. He lives in a small village, living his normal and peaceful life with a woman named Anna who raised him up.

He got himself a special green eye (aka the Halcyon Eye) from a certain fairy that can show him the person's status. He found out that he became the hero in the previous incarnation and defeated the Demon Lord to get its heart (which is also called the Philosopher Stone) to REDO his life (which is to reverse time) and get his revenge on his abuser due to him being a healing magician.

From that day onwards, he changed his face and Flare's face and also their names: from Keyaru to Keyaruga, from Flare to Freia. He also brainwashed her to become his companion and lover. He continues his journey to avenge his former teammates (excluding Flare because he did it): Blade and Bullet and then later the whole nation because of the realization that Flare's wicked personality disappeared after erasing her memories. He also does justice in the name of revenge because he is not a hero who protects justice but a person who will exert revenge upon those who wrong him.

On the way to the goal of avenging the Jioral Kingdom, he also bought Setsuna, a demi-human as his slave to protect them. He also got an ally in Kureha Clyret and get her onto the bed after defeating her and convincing her with Flare's help and a bit of help from the aphrodisiac potion. Wow...He also got an ally in Eve Reese. He is gonna help her to become the next demon king, in exchange for the current demon king's heart, which is called the Philosopher's Stone. Oh, he also did brainwash and changed the face of Flare's sister, Norn Clatalissa Jioral. Why? It's revenge for the murder of his fellow villagers and the murder of his friend and the people in Branica. By the way, Norn is being turned into his long lost sister, Ellen, similar to what happened to Flare.

Story (Rating: 6/10)

The story...let me tell you one thing: it's actually worse than the original work and even the manga as it gives lesser relevant details. To be honest, there isn't much difference but the anime's story is much more on sex action than building on the background and plot. The story's flow and pacing of the story are pretty spot-on although it is a bit rushed like all novels' anime adaption. The story is pretty simple, really simple, typical hentai plot. Some people feel that the story has no depth and has a few issues on the logic of the MC's healing power. It's not like I dun but it's just I wanna see more...Setsuna action...smirk...

Art and Animation (Rating: 6/10)

The art and animation? Oh...someone did point out that the anime's colour scheme is similar to a typical hentai anime. Also, he pointed out that the MC looks like a certain hentai anime's MC. smirk...Anyway, the characters look pretty ok, especially Setsuna for me (although I do have a friend who prefers the manga version of Setsuna, which I disagree with). The fighting animation is decent as it's mostly the characters fighting while moving around like how the files fly around when you try and kill it. Yep, it's not a very good animation but just...decent.

Sound and Music (Rating: 10/10)

The background music fits really well with the anime. smirk...AHEM! Anyway, I really like the ending song. The opening song is not bad. Probably it's the only more redeemable aspect of this anime.

Characters (Rating: 6/10)

Characters? To be honest, I only like Setsuna. She is cute and she wants his...er...special body liquid to level up. Anyway, the characters are mostly hideous and terrible people. So, yeah, the characters are unique in a way. The interaction? Well, there are a few notable ones like what Eve does when Keyaru having his sexy time with his girls. smirk...AHEM! Anyway, it's pretty controversial. It's either you're ok with it or even like it or you ABSOLUTELY HATE IT.

Enjoyment (Rating: 8/10)
