アイカツ!Time for some good song for the ballerina!
Hello, people. How is life? It's been a while ever since that blogging spree back in January. Well, I did post a few but not as many as I would like. I would like to do more, to be honest. Also, I have screwed myself up quite badly recently. sigh...I will fix my problems. Enough about me, back to the topic.
Time to sing!!! |
OK...this time, I will write something less taxing on myself after having a hard time getting the blog post about Idolmaster CG published as I had a hard time getting the inspiration to write it. This post will be about one of my favourite songs, チュチュ・バレリーナ (Tutu・Ballerina). It's one of the many ending theme songs (that also functions as an insert song) in OG Aikatsu. So, let's GOOOO!!!!!
WARNING:-
Although this post is just me talking about a
certain anime song, there might be SPOILERS from the anime. If you are
planning to watch the anime without any spoilers, you can either continue to read or move on.
P.S. If you want to be spoiled, well, go ahead and read it, you HAVE been warned. Don't blame me for being spoiled if you insist on continuing to read this post.
Introduction
The single... |
Tutu・Ballerina (チュチュ・バレリーナ ChuChu・Barerina) is the one of the ending theme songs for Aikatsu! It was back in season 3 when Oozora Akari replaces Hoshimiya Ichigo. Ah...those days when people go and hate Akari...ahem! Anyway, a great song that is initially sung by Sumire-chan in the anime (not including the ending song version). XD...ahem! It's her singing voice actor alright! Geez...can't you be less stringent on this? Anyway, time to sing!!! YO!!!!!!!!!!!!

That moment... |
This song sounds pretty cool and I really like it and I even...AHEM! I got a little too excited there just now. Anyway, I first heard the song back when Sumire was about to form a group with Kurosawa Rin. Ah, wait, it's actually first as the ending song starting from the episode when Rin and Madoka and others first enter Starlight Academy. Sorry. Mistake there! Back to topic.
Oh no...this is bad news... |
Anyway, the story behind this song (as an insert song) is the formation of the unit Dancing Diva with Rina and Sumire. At first, Rin was excited about it and put too much pressure on herself, causing her to get her feet injured. Dang...it was hard on her and also put some strain on Sumire. Sumire later decided to go on with the unit formation announcement but present the unit's first song, Tutu Ballerina on her own as Rin can't perform due to being injured. The performance gets Rin fired up and motivated to get herself recovered to perform with Sumire.
Sumire spoke to Akari regarding Rin's matter |
Oh? You are asking me what I'm trying to get at? Wait, it's coming. I'm gonna talk about it. The song sings about a ballerina practising hard just to make sure puts on a great performance and is very excited to perform the dance sequence that she practised so hard on stage. Isn't the idols in Aikatsu very similar to that ballerina? Isn't life similar to the ballerina? Sumire tries so hard to keep this unit alive despite Rin's insecurity after getting injured in dance practice. Sumire practises so hard just to make sure she puts up a good solo performance for the song Tutu Ballerina. We make sure that we do our best in our studies or in our workplace. I know not everyone does that but a lot of us do, right? So yeah...I think it really fits the themes of Aikatsu pretty well. NEXT SECTION! xD
Conclusion
Thank you for reading this post until the end. It's been a while since I last wrote a post about a certain anime song. Actually, I wanted to write a post about another song, instead of this song but I wanna wait until that special day comes. What special day, you asked? 内緒…you will see when it comes. Anyway...that's the end of this blog post. I hope that you enjoy reading and browsing this blog. Goodbye, and God bless you!
Sumire and Rin...interesting combo, I say. |
