Introduction

The Cinderella Girls!!!

Hmmm...I'm doing it a little differently this time as this series is WAY TOO HUGE. There are so many franchises like Idolmaster: Xenoglossia (anime), The Idolm@ster (anime), Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls...AHH!!!!! Screw this! Ahem! Anyway, this series is actually a part of a HUGE franchise, just like Love Live, Aikatsu, etc, and is also the successor of the original Idolm@ster. There are a lot of manga, anime, and games surrounding this series. The mobile game by Cygames is definitely popular but here we are only gonna talk about the anime. Anyway, for further info about this huge franchise, it is better that you search through the internet or read up the wikis.

From the game...Aren't they cute?

OK, back to the anime. It's produced by A-1 Pictures and was aired from July 8, 2011, to December 23, 2011. It was split into two parts like what the directors of Mushoku Tensei and Tensei Slime season 2 did. There is even an original video animation (OVA) episode. It was released on June 16, 2012. There are also a few special anime series for it. Anyway, let's move on to the next part.

The cute girls...CUTE!!! LET'S GO!!!!!!!

Plot

Uzuki!

Producer meeting with Uzuki...

The anime's plot starts with a young, cute aspiring idol, Uzuki Shimamura. She is so cute, isn't she? AHEM! I was going off-topic there. Anyway, she was approached by one of the producers in the 346 Production talent agency during her training. He convinces her to join the Cinderella Project to become an idol as there are three empty slots. Oh, I didn't mention the performance that was presented at the start of 1st episode? Well, it's showing that Uzuki becomes one of the top idols in the anime, together with the rest of the team. Anyway, back to the story.

The producer meeting Rin...

Uzuki and Rin's interaction...

As Uzuki accepts the offer and begins training, the Producer sets his sights on recruiting another girl, Shibuya Rin, who shows little interest in becoming an idol and finds the Producer's constant advances a little creepy. However, after getting to know Uzuki and hearing how she desired to become an idol, Rin eventually gives in and joins the Cinderella Project with her.

That Mio moment with the producer...

Ah...what a beautiful live show...

This ain't looking good...

WHAT?! Dissolve?!

The Cinderella Project goes on relatively smoothly as every girl gets their debut and does their idol job relatively well. Well, there were hilarious and light-hearted moments in between the start of the project and the project team's first major live concert as a collective. There's also the close early failure of the project because of Honda Mio's disappointment and almost decided to quit the project. Anyway, from then on (after the concert), the storm came. A new boss is incoming that changes a lot of things in the company and potentially ends the Cinderella project.

Mio getting into acting...

Rin joins Triad Primus...

Oh no...this is the start of Uzuki breaking down...

With a lot of hard work from the producer, he successfully prevented the dissolution of the Cinderella Project with a condition that the project must bring out good results. With that, the girls are under pressure to perform well enough to prevent the dissolution of the project. The project went pretty smoothly but then something bad happened. When the project is closing on the time for the boss' final evaluation, Uzuki snapped. She suddenly went into a hiatus after a job with another girl in which she felt that she can't be an idol anymore. Oh man, need another paragraph to continue this. I cried during that whole drama, you know.

The producer and Uzuki...once again in this place.

Mio and Rin visiting Uzuki...

Uzuki crying...sobs...

That moment...

Uzuki is back!!! sobs...

Anyway, back to Uzuki. After she returned home, she decided to go back to her previous training school to train on her basics again. Her friends, Rin and Mio came to see Uzuki's condition in the training school. Well, it is quite obvious that she is not OK because she refuses to participate in the live show with Rin and Mio, and even rejected the notion of her joining the Cinderella Project's most important live concert. Wow...cut the long story short, she gained her confidence back during that live concert with Rin and Mio and proceed on to join the Cinderella Project big live concert although the CEO of the company is still not satisfied with her.

Cinderella Girls ONCE AGAIN!!!

Anyway, with that live concert, Project Cinderella stays alive and continues on till this day. What a happy ending. The anime is an enjoyment to watch. It's got a lot of cute girls and cute lolis to behold! AHEM! Yeah, the story is also good. Oh, by the way, this post will also include the special extra episode. Anyway, let's move on.

Cute girls!!!

Anime Rating

Story (Rating: 9/10)

The story...ah, it feels like Aikatsu again. I like it. Lots of cute girls and lolis. AHEM! Anyway, the story is about Project Cinderella and its growth and the growth of the members as an idol. The story of this anime is a pretty typical idol anime kind of story. The flow and pacing are quite well managed. I have nothing much to say about it.

Ah...that moment between the producer and Uzuki...

Art and Animation (Rating: 9/10)

The art and animation? I'm more into the cute girls and cute lolis. CUTE!!!!! AHEM! On a serious note, they are quite decent indeed. I gave more points because I like cute girls in this anime. Period. Got problem?

Awww...sweet

Sound and Music (Rating: 8/10)

The opening songs...I like the 1st one more. As for the ending songs...they are a lot of them. I dun really have a single ending song that I like. As for the many insert songs that are all over the anime, I like the insert song in the first episode.

Time for Cinderella Girls!!!

Characters (Rating: 10/10)

Characters...? I love my lolis!!!! AHEM! Anyway, the girls are cute. The two different incidents with Mio and Uzuki are quite intense. Most of the incidents and issues that the girls faced in the anime are mostly relatively minor compared to the one revolving around Mio and the other one revolving around Uzuki. I even cried during that incident with Uzuki. So, ya, the interactions are cute and character development is quite good. 10 points!!! Why? Because of cute girls!!!!

My favourite girls...xD

More cute girls!!!

Enjoyment (Rating: 10/10)

I enjoyed it. Period. Nothing more to say. What? Can't I like cute girls? Bruh...why you people are like this? ...whatever. Anyway, move on!

Miria-chan!!!! YOU ARE SO CUTE!!!!!!

Rika is also cute! xD

Overall Rating: 9.2 (9)/10

Conclusion

Finally, I got myself to finish writing this post. It has been a busy and somehow unsettling month of July and August. Ya, I didn't progress much in the two months because of my personal circumstance and hardcore grinding in games. So, I'm trying to progress more in terms of blogging this month (hopefully). Yeah...sorry for the inconsistency. I wanna be more consistent at least, like at least one month one post. Anyway, that's all for now. I hope that you had enjoyed reading and browsing this blog. Goodbye, and God bless you!

Rika and Miria!!!!

Momoka-chan!!!

Chie-chan!!! You are here too!!!
