Time for Zesty Lemon Chicken? No, just kidding, it's back to Tale of Zetria again.

Hi, people. Welcome! I have been lacking in terms of writing post. And also, since I'm not as busy as I was before, I will be writing more and hopefully, publish more post.

Looking back...once again...

This time will be about an anime that I talked about before but didn't give a rating...it's the Tales of Zestria the X! Yeah, I should have done it earlier when I wrote about season 1 and 2 but it's already in the past. Let's get on with it.

WARNING:-

SPOILER ALERT!!! If you haven't watched it and plan to watch it without anyone being the spoiler, please DON'T CONTINUE READING!!!

P.S. If you want to be spoiled, well, go ahead and read it. You HAD been warned. Don't blame me for being spoiled if you INSIST on continuing to read this post.

Introduction

Remember this?

I have done the introduction of it when I did for season 1 so I will make this section about what I will write about on this post. If you wanna know what I wrote at that time, do go and read it here. Anyway, I will give the rating for season 1 and 2 as one and one for the movie as another section as it is a retelling of the 1st arc.

Poster for the anime film

As for the plot, nothing much I could say about the plot as I've done it in the two previous posts. If you want a piece of it, go ahead and read the one on season 1 and the one of season 2. The same thing goes for the screenshots. Anyway, let's move on, shall we?

Zzzzz...Is someone sleeping here?

Anime Rating

Anime (Season 1 and 2)

Story (Rating: 9/10)

This adventure story is pretty good. It is good from the start to the end. Although there is divergent of the story as this anime is actually a mix of the Tales of Zestria game and Tales of Berseria game, there is not too much switch them as much as many would tell as it is mostly focused on Tales of Zestria. The ending was a good ending and a sweet ending. Of course, there are differences between the game and the anime. Anyway, in conclusion, it has an excellent plot, good flow and pacing and a story that is quite easy to understand.

It's storytelling time...

Art and Animation (Rating: 10/10)

The arts and animation are pretty good. There are some great drawing by the animators. The characters are well-drawn and consistent. Oh, the fighting scene is pretty good too.

Sorey vs the Lord of Calamity

Sound and Music (Rating: 6/10)

The anime consists of good BGMs and good theme songs. For me, I have songs that I like more than the theme songs so...yeah...Anyway, let's move on.

From the OP...

Characters (Rating: 10/10)

Good stuff...The MC has grown from strength as a shepherd to cleanse his world, which is consumed by darkness day by day. There is also a good amount of growth by the side characters as they journey with Sorey on a mission to purify the world. Great development. Relatability? Probably the growth of the MC's character and friendship that were made on the way can give us a lesson or two.

Remember this cool form?

This is from the Berseria part...

Enjoyment (Rating: 10/10)

The story gets more exciting as it progresses...Yes, I enjoy it. Good story and a great story and character development. Good stuff and good times. Fighting time and light-hearted moments. ALL are precious. Will I watch it again? Well, I'm not too sure. Maybe...if I can make the time.

Cute loli!!!!

Overall Rating: 9 (8.75)/10

Movie

Story (Rating: 8/10)

The plot of the story is mainly an introduction of the first arc of the story itself and a (kinda) minor spoiler to the initial part of the anime. The story was executed well, have great pacing and flow, and is relatively easy to understand. Well, of course, it is not a complete ending as it is kinda like an introductory session to the anime series. And also, it gives us a little more on the first arc of the story.

Sorey and Alicia...

Art and Animation (Rating: 10/10)

Pretty art. The animator put a lot of effort into a movie that is meant to promote the anime series. Good stuff presented to us. The characters are well-drawn and consistent.

This art...pretty good

Sound and Music (Rating: 7/10)

Not much music except for BGM and theme song. It is good objectively speaking. To be honest, there is nothing much I could say.

Nothing much to post but this...

Characters (Rating: 6/10)

There is not much character development to be said as it is just the first arc of the story. BUT...there is a good introduction to the various characters in the story. Relatability? I'm not sure about that though. For me, I dun think that there is much to relate except...AH...it reminds me a little of the typical hero's journey pattern, which most (I think it's all though) follows.

Sending her off...

Enjoyment (Rating: 8/10)

I enjoyed it then. I didn't that they would have an anime for it but obviously, the fact that the anime is out is already a reality. Would I watch again? Maybe.

Part of a more light-hearted moment...

Overall Rating: 7.8 (7.75)/10

Conclusion

Well, that's the end of this post. Sorry that I can only post this. I wanted to post some anime that I have watched recently. Well, I will work on that but first of all, Sakurasou post 1st (maybe) and then we will see which next. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy reading this post. I hope to see you here once again. Goodbye, and God bless you!

Time to say goodbye...
