This time, with Aikatsu on Parade ongoing, I will make a special post for it. Please forgive for the slow post for it as I wasn't ready for Aikatsu on Parade. I didn't expect Aikatsu Friends to end so quickly. Anyway, this post is gonna be about the few Aikatsu movies. Enjoy yourself if you are gonna continue reading it. xD

| This is the Aikatsu on Parade anime... |
Before I continue, I need to clarify the movies that I'm covering here are my "follow-ups" for their ratings by me. They are
Aikatsu the Movie, Aikatsu Music Award,
Aikatsu Stars the Movie and Aikatsu Magical Card...basically, EVERY ONE OF THEM!!!!! Anyway, a brief introduction to all of them and then go straight to rating, not mentioning the plot for each of them (because I have mentioned them before).

| Aikatsu! The Movie!!! |
The Aikatsu Movie is done by Sunrise. The movie's timeline is set somewhere in season 3 after the announcement of the Big StarMiya Ichigo Festival (大スター宮いちご祭り)! The announcement of the event was after Oozora Akari gotten her first fan letter and Akari's first handshaking with fans event.

As for the Aikatsu Music Award, it is done by Bandai Namco Picture (in short, BN Pictures). This movie's event happens in somewhere in between the girls going to a summer festival and the event of the announcement of the Aikatsu8 result.

Last but not least, the Aikatsu Stars movie!!!! It is done by BN Pictures. The story is set at the Aikatsu Island in the summer. I tried to find precisely when the event happens but to no avail. So, I can only give an approximate timeline based on guesses because of the anime didn't have obvious as to when. I only can say that it is summer before the return of Shirogane Lily (for us the audience, the first appearance) and the departure of Nanakura Koharu.

Hmmm...I feel that I've forgotten something. Oh, the Aikatsu Magic Card movie!!! It is also done by BN Pictures. This one...is basically after the events in Aikatsu...I think. But seriously, we don't have much clue of the timeline of this story except for the fact that ALL characters that appeared in every season of Aikatsu have their screentime in this story.

Aikatsu the Movie!
Story (Rating: 10/10)
The story is centred on Hoshimiya Ichigo's preparation of the show and the making of a song for the big event. The plot, pacing and flow of the story are well-done. It did not rush to finish the movie. There is a good amount of tension involving Ichigo's new dress and Kanzaki Mizuki herself. The movie also gave us good songs and an easy story for its audience to understand. Well, people said that simple is the best (sometimes). And also, the climax of the show is really good. Mizuki, Akari and Ichigo are ON THE SAME STAGE!!!!!

Art and Animation (Rating: 7/10)
The characters are pretty well-drawn and the CGI is well-done. They are pretty consistent. I like it. I kinda regret that I gave it a little lower for the anime series because I think they did make improvement throughout the anime for around 4 years.

Sound and Music (Rating: 10/10)
MUSIC!!!!!! That's the reason why I even watched the Aikatsu series. Good insert song and good theme song are the BIG reason why I even watch this anime series. As for background music, it is well-made and well-placed in different situations.

Characters (Rating: 10/10)
In terms of character development, it focuses more on Mizuki's internal conflict and its resolution. As the main character, not so much but more towards working together with different characters to make the StarMiya Festival to be run as smoothly as possible. Good stuff there. As for relatability, I think that the way that the character working together to make the festival a success is a great attribute to learn and take it to heart.

Enjoyment (Rating: 10/10)
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like this show!!!!! Good and entertaining moments! And also at times, tense moments when the new dress almost failed to arrive on time. WOW!!!!! I will watch again when I have the time. XD

Aikatsu Music Awards
Story (Rating: 6/10)
There is not much of a story as it is mainly just an award show for songs that debuted in the Aikatsu series. Well, the journey of Julie towards the stage where Akari and her friends are hosting the award show is a decent story but there is still not plot even with it. So, talking about the plot of the story is not really relevant, in my opinion. As for the flow and pacing of the story, it is well-executed. Did someone ask about the relative easiness to understand the story? Sigh...really? It is basically as easy as ABC and 123. So easy!!!! Seriously...

The animation is pretty much similar to the usual Aikatsu series. Cute looking characters and animation consistency are present in this anime.

Good songs from the start to the end!!!!! There are good songs from the Aikatsu series and good background music to match the scenario. Perfect! Well, to be honest, it is basically a music award show so it won't make sense without music.

There is nothing much about character development as it just a music award show. BUT...Juri's race to the music award stage is worth it for us as an encouragement to persevere to the end. Anyway, the characters are as cute as ever.

Aikatsu Stars the Movie
Story (Rating: 8/10)
The story started out bright until the principal of the Four Star Academy came and met with Sakuraba Laura. That meeting gave the spark for the temporary break of the Laura and Yume. The whole movie revolves around the friendship between Laura and Yume. Good stuff. Great story pacing and flow. Quite easy to understand the story. Also, one thing, the funny scenes with Ako and Koharu are just LMAO!!!!!

The animation is good as the usual Aikatsu Stars ones. I think I should give a higher score for the Aikatsu Star series. Anyway, good stuff as usual, including cute girls. xD

Excellent! There is nothing more to say. The character development mostly revolves around Laura and Yume, which is about their friendship. Of course, there are good and light-hearted scenes by the other characters. Good stuff there. Cute girls and good music? YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, I think it's relatable in terms of friendship. We do argue with good friends before. It's better to make with one another unless the person is not very important to you or the person is seriously not worth and you should give up.

Aikatsu Magical Card Movie
Story (Rating: 5/10)
The story...well, to be honest, it's kinda messy. Akari and the gang are dragged around different places that are completely random when they are acting in a movie. Oh, for what? To recapture the magical Aikatsu card, which is the main item in the movie that Ichigo is directing. Wow...what a trip. The plot of the story is probably not for normies to comprehend as it steers towards Aikatsu fans and probably too crazy for normies to handle. The plot of the story is quite crazy EVEN for me to handle. The flow and pacing are just fine...I think. Easy to understand? Well, it's kinda hard to say to others but I do understand that they are just "jumping" from one drama scene to another.

BGM? They are good and are well-placed in different scenarios. I like the song at the end of the anime. No, not the song that played in the credits but the one that everybody in Aikatsu sang at the final stage. Good stuff there. Good stuff. Oh, I also like the song in the credits. It feels like it's giving me hope and energy to live.

Well, there is no character development here. Period. This show is kinda like a parade of all of the characters that appeared in the anime. Why did they do that, you asked? Well, for the fans! Why not? I dun mind. Yes, yes, yes, I'm biased. Blah, blah, blah. Let's move on.

Conclusion
I'm glad that you read it till the end. Oh, I haven't talked about Aikatsu Friends yet. And also, Aikatsu on Parade. The reason for me not talking Aikatsu on Parade yet is because I didn't expect it to be a TV series. Another reason for this is that the show up on the week right after the end of Aikatsu Parade.
